Domestic orders ship via USPS First-Class Mail and typically arrive in 2-5 business days. If you need your order sooner, choose Priority Mail at checkout and the cost will be calculated by weight and destination.

1. Returns and Refunds: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Ornaments must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
2. Damaged or Defective Items: If your ornament arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund upon review.
